  The method of review is: After confirming that the bypass valve has been opened, open the repair valve of the steam trap again, wait a moment, and touch the return heat pipe at the input end of the bypass valve with your hand. If the proposal is very hot, Indicate the failure of the bypass valve switch; based on the sound of experience, if there is a sound of steam flowing through the bypass valve, it also indicates that the valve switch has a performance, and the maintenance should be stopped in time or replaced with a new valve. The heater valve of the wood drying facility is opened too large. If the heater valve has been opened, it may be that the heater valve has not been able to close, that is, the heater valve is ventilated.

 The way to check whether the heater valve can be truly opened is to: After opening the valve, wait a while and approach the steam pipe carelessly with your hands. The heater valve switch can perform abnormal tasks, that is, the switch is sensitive. If you claim that the steam pipe is very hot, your hands are hot when you touch it, or you can barely hold the pipe, indicate that the heater valve switch has failed, and the valve has not been deformed.
