The ball valve and the plug valve are the same type of valve. As long as the open part of the valve is a ball, the ball wraps around the core line of the valve body to reach a closed and open valve.

The ball valve is mainly used to cut off, adjust and change the active position of the medium in the pipeline. The ball valve is a new type of valve that has been widely adopted in recent years. It has its secondary advantages:

1. The fluid barrier is small, and its barrier coefficient is the same as that of pipe sections of the same length.

2. The structure is easy, the volume is small, and the weight is light.




3. Strict and reliable, the dense book cover material of the ball valve in front of us is widely used in plastics and has good sealing performance. It has also been widely used in vacuum systems.

4. Easy to operate, fast opening and closing, from fully open to fully closed, it only needs to wrap around 90°, which is convenient for remote control.

5. It is easy to train and repair, the structure of the ball valve is easy, the gaskets are normally moving, and the assembly and replacement are more convenient.

6. When it is fully open or fully closed, the ball and the seal cover of the valve seat are isolated from the medium. When the medium passes, it will never cause corrosion of the valve seal cover.

7. It has a wide range of practical applications. It can be used from high vacuum to low pressure. Ball valves have been widely used in alcohol, chemical industry, thermal power generation, papermaking, atomic energy, flying, missiles and other units, as well as everyone in their daily lives.
